All holders of PMP certification must maintain their certification status by 'earning' an identified number of PDU (Professional Development Unit) points on an annual basis. These PDU points can be earned in a number of ways including attendance at PMI events, seminars and specified training

PMPs must report their professional development activities under the Continuing Certification Requirements Program (CCR) (formerly "Professional Development Program" or "PDP").

How to Complete your CCR Form

  • PDU Activity register
You will need to refer to the PDU Activity register. This details all Program Numbers for PMI Melbourne professional development activities.

  • Check the PMI Melbourne PDUs we have recorded
You may find this information of use if asked to substantiate your professional development claim, by PMI HQ.

  • Complete and Submit your Form
    You can either:
Submit your Activities Reporting Form Online ( choose the report option)
If you require help submitting your form, please refer to the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Reporting Instructions on the PMI HQ website in the Professional Development - Certifications - CCR section.

    or
Download the CCR Activities Reporting Form in Adobe PDF format (available on the PMI HQ website in the Professional Development - Certifications - CCR section)
All professional development activities must be recorded on this form. To receive PDU credit, it must be completed and sent to the PMI Records Office listed at bottom of the form. Activity transcripts are mailed to PMPs on an annual basis.

This PDF version of the CCR Activities Reporting Form is data entry enabled. Please review the Continuing Certification Requirements Handbook (available on the PMI HQ website in the Professional Development - Certifications - CCR section) for instructions on using this form.

  • Confirm submissions by using the online form above (choose the transcript option)
