PMP and CAPM course cancellation and refund policy.
Where a course has insufficient students to conduct the
class, the class many be deferred or cancelled. Students
who have prepaid can request a complete refund if they
do not wish to re-book for the future course.
Student non-attendance or less than 7 days notice of
cancellation;
Where students are paying on a pay-as-you-go basis, a
$55 fee to cover incurred expenses will be payable at
the next attended session, i.e.. Next session fee + $55.
Policy for “pay per session” sessions:
For less than 7 days notice of
non-attendance,
No show fee of $55 per
session (inc GST), payable at the next session.
With 7 days or more notice,
No penalty.
Where a student has pre-paid sessions, an additional
administration deductible of $22 will apply for refunds
of sessions unable to be attended. Requests for refund
should made in writing/e-mail to the Director.
Refunds for “pre-paid” sessions:
For less than 7 days notice of
non-attendance,
Refund deductible of $77
(inc GST)
With 7 days or more notice,
Refund deductible of $22
(inc GST)
At discretion of the Director, delay to a later Series
or an alternate attendee may be possible if appropriate.
Cancellation fees may be waived on companionate grounds.
